Tech -n- Wood is a small artisan workshop in the Driftless Area of Wisconsin making hand-crafted furniture, home and kitchen pieces, along with custom commissions. Its flagship work is a collection of sculptural white oak wine pieces: the Apeiron, a twin helix wine bottle display that holds three bottles, and the Aetheron Grande and Aetheron Petite, freestanding spirals that suspend wine glasses by the stem. Each piece is formed from specially processed white oak — sourced from the only U.S. supplier producing lumber for extreme bending — dried under controlled conditions, then sanded and finished by hand in a VOC-free hard-wax oil. Production takes several weeks per piece.
